Return Policy
We pursue your 100% full satisfaction, not only our quality of products but also for our after-sale service. Our service won’t end after you make the payment. We ensure will deliver you the finest quality, every item will be inspected cautiously prior before shipping. We keep in mind that each customer’s need is unique, so we are ready to deal with any problems which arise.
We accept returns for exchange or refund for the following reasons:
1.Damaged goods during shipping
2.Shipping errors such as color, size or style
3.Quality problems
Please follow the processes below:
1. E-Mail us at QualityItemsForU@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide: Your order number, Item(s) you want to return, the reason you want to make a return.
2. Upon receive of your return request, our Customer Service will reply you in 24 hours and provide you the return address.
3. Please ship back the items to the indicated return address, email us the tracking number for your returned package.
4. Once we got your returned package, we will contact you first, and then process your exchange or refund ASAP.
Please Notice:
1. If you find you have not been interested in certain items, we don't provide exchange.
2. When you received goods, and find defective items, you should tell us in next 3 days. With a longer time, we can not verify defective item is we provide, or broken by customer. So it is difficult to adjudge who charge liability.
3. The items MUST be returned unused with all tags attached. That means the product hasn’t been sized, worn, plastic removed, damaged and so on. Returned items are subject to final inspection before exchange will be processed.
4. Please provide actually picture of damaged items by email, we will NOT accept the return case without proof. Items returned for defective reasons will be exchanged against the same models in good condition.
About shipping fee caused by return
When there is no quality issue, both return and reshipping fee would be at Client's expense. If client need to change another model, we would also apply a restocking fee per returned item. Restocking fees amount USD 30 per each bag.
When the issue is related to quality, the return shipping fee should be at Client's expense first, while we will compensate this using our products such as brand jewelry or a brand wallet etc, the reshipping fee will be also responsible by us.
Refund Notice
Whatever the reason given by the client, we will not process refund after an order is shipped! Though, we are always doing our utmost to accommodate clients and handle exchanges on their request. If clients asked a refund for the order settled by credit card before its shipment, we would do so but would apply a USD 50 charge for processing this refund. Indeed, those fees correspond to the charges applied to us by payment gateway for handling a refund.
The refund will arrive your credit card in 15-20 working days. The detail you can ask your issued bank.
Please always remember that you have bought replicas, not authentic items! Even though our replicas are 99.9 % similar to the originals, there are may still some minor distinctions. Or else we would recommend the authentic goods to you! Yet, these distinctions are so minute that you can be assured no one will ever recognize that the goods you wear are in fact replicas.
